I got a room that wasn't what I wanted. The app was different from the reality at the hotel. The room I wanted in the app wasn't the same as the one I got at the hotel. The hotel claimed that the room type wasn't available at the hotel. I paid for the room type I wanted, but I got a different room at the hotel.
