What a pleasant stay! Thank you, Harper and all the staff, our family really enjoys and happy staying in this place. The room was very clean, we got a beautiful sunrise view from our window, the breakfast was so yummy and various (children really love their candy corner 😁), all the staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. They always try their best to fulfill our request with high level hospitality. Thank you 🙏. Other extra points: the minibar was free and refilled daily, they also prepared complete and delicious breakfast boxes for us when we had to depart early in the morning. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Jogja.

Amazing Staycation on harper Malioboro Jogjakarta. My first experience and I have 2 days memorable time on here. Especially, I book the hotel for birthday present for my MOM. She is happy with this time staycation. The Hotel have friendly staff. It's important. The location near by tugu yogjakarta. It's one of landmark for visit when we are on Yogjakarta. We can walk also to MALIOBORO street from here. All just walk distance. The room have a lot of space so we feel comfortable when we staying. The TV channel have Disney Plus so you can enjoying the moment on you room when you don't want go anywhere during your staycation. Another experience from this hotel is the buffet breakfast all just completed with a lot of different meals. All just perfect when you wanna staycation on here. I really recommended. Overall, the stay was great, here are some things to be considered: - located in a very strategic location, just a few minutes walking to reach Malioboro. - the bathroom is too small for 4 stars hotel. - the bedroom is spacious, it has 1 single sofa and 1 armchair. - do not provide water bottle, but the guest get free refill drinking water in each corridor, much appreciate their effort to reduce plastic waste 👍🏻.

Decided to choose this hotel for weekend-staycation and overall everything exceeds my expectations. Hassle-free check in process and greeted warmly by the security and receptionist. I think Harper Hotel is one of the most thoughtful hotel that I've ever visited since they provide some snacks, vitamin booster, and it's free of charge. Since I preferred to stay in bed and watch movies during my staycation I feel fulfilled because they provide smart TV in each rooms so we can watch either TV channels, Youtube, and also Disney Hotstar! One thing that I forget to mention when the manager on duty came to my table during my breakfast and asked what is lacking during my stay, please clean the toilet more thoroughly, I spotted that the built-in water bidet on the toilet is quite nasty. They provide buffet breakfast with plenty of choices, even though the main course that I ate taste mediocre. The good side: I feel secure since the waiters and waitresses are helping the visitors to take the buffet meals so it prevents contamination from one another since we are in the midst of pandemic.

Arrival no one at drop off. I'm a mother with a youngster have to put down all my luggage to trolly all by my self, then I parked the car also no officer around to escort me where to park. Front office staff are informative, fast check in and lovely view from my room. Free mini bar, and some snacks in the room. Wifi super slow and disconnected all the time, frustrated! Breakfast many variations, love the soto and grilled chicken, and cappuccino. Check out was fast and this time we have a butler to help us on luggage.

Very satisfied with the service at this hotel, the staff is alert, when there is a problem on the TV I call the receptionist, it doesn't take long for the staff to come to the room and fix the network. The breakfast is all delicious, it's great that there is cucumber celery juice, guava juice. Will come back here if you go to Jogja.

The staff is very helpful, kind and friendly. Really like the service. The rooms are comfortable, clean, mineral water can be refilled, the minibar is free and is refilled every day if you stay for several days. Good luck!😍
