Our stay was exceptional! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options.

It's holiday season but the staff was quite fast response to guest. It took only 20 minutes and then I got the room. Once I entered the room, the aircon's been switch on so it's the positive value for us. Their resto staffs also served good dan various meals. Love the way of staffs doing their job👍 by the way, I was annoyed by the visitor next to our table in resto. they took a lot of meals to their table as if doomsday will be coming soon. and they didn't eat them up, left a lot of meals in their table (Pic number 3) please, if you consider that you cant eat them up, be wise take as you can eat.

I stayed at the Harper Palembang for family reasons. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, but the towels needed to be replaced as they were no longer white and had a slight musty odor.

All the hotel staff were very friendly, and the service was exceptional, a stark contrast to other hotels.
It was a truly delightful experience. My son suddenly learned to swim while swimming in the pool at Harper.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The room is nice, but it's a bit scary if you bring children, don't dare to open the curtains, afraid to climb on the edge of the window, because there is no balcony, only glass, afraid it will break, otherwise the room is nice. The staff who guard the stand near the pool are friendly

The room is clean, comfortable, only the bathroom smells a bit like a settiteng, then yesterday I booked through Traveloka, noting the 4th floor, but the receptionist said it was full so they moved to the 5th floor, I wanted to go to the 10th floor but I didn't want to, the rest is just standard
