It's holiday season but the staff was quite fast response to guest. It took only 20 minutes and then I got the room. Once I entered the room, the aircon's been switch on so it's the positive value for us. Their resto staffs also served good dan various meals. Love the way of staffs doing their job👍 by the way, I was annoyed by the visitor next to our table in resto. they took a lot of meals to their table as if doomsday will be coming soon. and they didn't eat them up, left a lot of meals in their table (Pic number 3) please, if you consider that you cant eat them up, be wise take as you can eat.

4 days 3 nights stay at Harper Palembang for business was very impressive, even though the hotel location is on the main road with heavy traffic until midnight but the soundproofing in the room is very good and can rest comfortably, the room is spacious, clean and fragrant, for the TV maybe needs to be upgraded to the current version, the bathroom is clean, the breakfast menu is varied and tastes delicious, other facilities are quite a lot such as swimming pool, fitness, etc., all staff are friendly and always greet you, beside the hotel area there is always a Blue Bird taxi ready if you want to go out or order a taxi online, those who are bored of ordering dinner online around the hotel there are many sellers of pecel lele etc., the taste is delicious and the price is very affordable, if you want to go to the PTC mall it is also close, for those who want a staycation it is recommended.

Comfortable hotel, spacious room size for a budget of 600 thousand with a breakfast with a lot of menu choices, all staff are friendly and always greet, the swimming pool is quite large, next to the hotel there is Indomaret, in the hotel area there is also a Blue Bird taxi stand for those who don't like online taxis, to the PTC mall is also close, for those who don't like the hassle of ordering food online for dinner around the hotel there are many sellers of pecel lele and the taste is delicious with standard prices, for those who want a staycation, it is recommended

Overall it was very comfortable to stay here for 2 nights. The bathroom and room were clean. The staff were very helpful and informative. The room size was also quite spacious even though it was only a deluxe. Hopefully I could come back to Palembang.
But yesterday I got a ticket at an intersection near Harper Hotel. Mr. Isilop asked for 450 thousand. Even though there were no signs that at the intersection you can't go straight, you have to turn left. Gee!

Asked for twin bed and was told there was only a smoking room, ok, that's fine, then we asked again if we wanted to change to a non-twin room as long as it wasn't a smoking room, could we? They said no, only a smoking room so there was no choice, basically we had to get a smoking room... not at Harper anymore
