Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable with modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and responsive, providing a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. I have been to Batam more than 5 times, but only now I feel a different atmosphere, namely a comfortable, strategic hotel atmosphere and very close to finding food. Only one staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, for a hotel like Harper it should have good service, one receptionist looked very unfriendly and answered guest questions too much.

Overall okay very comfortable, very easy access in the middle of the city and culinary center. It's just that I was a little disappointed with the receptionist service when checking in and when I had a complaint to the receptionist, the lady behaved unpleasantly to me as a guest. Hopefully the service (receptionist) will be improved again 🙏🏻

We brought the kids and were given a smoking room. As soon as we got out of the elevator, we could smell the strong smell of cigarettes. The condition in the room was the same. We wanted to move to another room, but we couldn't. We were forced to rest in a room that smelled of cigarette smoke 😞.
