It can be said that this hotel is strategically located, but with a price of 590 thousand with a room that looks like a very small boarding room in my opinion, it is still inferior to the Alana hotel. When requesting early check in by app, it turns out the room was not ready, so in my opinion the early check in feature is better removed than disappointing customers, because there was no notification when I arrived. The AC looks poorly maintained in room 952, it is not very cold, set at 16 degrees is not cold, please pay attention to the rooms. Then in the app feature you can request a connecting room, but in reality the hotel does not have a connecting room, it is better once again to remove the request feature. Still inferior to the Alana hotel, I followed the request by the app. There are no free flow drinks, when I arrived I only got 1 voucher for 2 small glasses, very stingy lol. Again, compared to Alana, it is still far. Helpful, the hotel staff are quite friendly and okay. That's all. Forgot to take a photo of the room, only a photo of the welcome drink. Advice for other customers do not choose a smart room (very small) maybe the deluxe is a bit bigger, but for that price the smart is quite expensive compared to other hotels. Thanks

The room was clean and comfortable, and because we were staying at the venue for the symposium and workshop, it was easy to get in and out of the room and take a morning walk. There's a seniors' park four minutes from the hotel, and next door is a nice restaurant and souvenir shop.

It can be said that this hotel is strategically located, but with a price of 590 thousand with a room that looks like a very small boarding room in my opinion, it is still inferior to the Alana hotel. When requesting early check in by app, it turns out the room was not ready, so in my opinion the early check in feature is better removed than disappointing customers, because there was no notification when I arrived. The AC looks poorly maintained in room 952, it is not very cold, set at 16 degrees is not cold, please pay attention to the rooms. Then in the app feature you can request a connecting room, but in reality the hotel does not have a connecting room, it is better once again to remove the request feature. Still inferior to the Alana hotel, I followed the request by the app. There are no free flow drinks, when I arrived I only got 1 voucher for 2 small glasses, very stingy lol. Again, compared to Alana, it is still far. Helpful, the hotel staff are quite friendly and okay. That's all. Forgot to take a photo of the room, only a photo of the welcome drink. Advice for other customers do not choose a smart room (very small) maybe the deluxe is a bit bigger, but for that price the smart is quite expensive compared to other hotels. Thanks

The room was clean and comfortable, and because we were staying at the venue for the symposium and workshop, it was easy to get in and out of the room and take a morning walk. There's a seniors' park four minutes from the hotel, and next door is a nice restaurant and souvenir shop.
