Nice hotel. Clean and comfy rooms with bright colors. Easy to check in no need to pay deposit. Easy to using wifi. Good service. I got the free upgrade room with the promo price from app! A living room with city views, a minibar with mini fridge, a toilet, a master bedroom, a large bathroom with separated closet and shower room completed with bathtub. Many power sockets, functional lamps, 2 TV, functional towels, completed with bolsters, a bath salt, 2 pairs of comfy sandals, 4pcs tea and coffee compliments, a weight measure, a hairdryer, locker, and bath clothes also. always like to the pay attentions for details and decorated towels also on the bed. Nice pools views and breakfast rooms also. Recommended to come back again to stays here💖

Nice hotel. Good services. Clean and comfy. Easy to check in, no need to pay deposit. Easy to using wifi. Complete equipment's in the room such as: towels by it functions, amenities is good by quality and quantity, decorated towels on the bed, many functions lamps, nice quality TV, have maybe power sockets, and mini refrigerator. I got free upgrade room include bathtub, living room, mini bar, additional wc, and its promo price from app! Nice pools and breakfast room views. Recommended to come back and stays again here💖

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is quite comfortable for a smart room type, the bathroom is clean, but there are 2 things that are a bit annoying: the swimming pool is very dirty, when stepped on the floor there are lots of pebbles and leaves, I don't know if they were cleaned or what, and some of the rattan chairs are broken, maybe they can be replaced and looked after in the future.
The room windows are also dirty when it rains, you can't see the city view clearly🙏🏻

However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Regarding the swimming pool, coincidentally because our swimming pool has a green outdoor concept, so around the swimming pool there are many trees and ornamental plants, which coincidentally are currently in the process of losing their leaves. We will anticipate this by cleaning the leaves that fall into the water more often. Regarding gravel or sand, we are also identifying and checking the swimming pool water filter, so that it will not happen again in the future. The room window has also been included in our agenda in the near future, we will immediately follow up to clean it, in order to provide a more comfortable room for our guests. Likewise, regarding the rattan chair that you mentioned, it is a concern for us. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. This is a serious concern for Management. For your information, we do provide Smart type rooms for travelers who do not really need a room with a large size, quite minimalist, but complete with access to facilities and in a strategic location, with a fairly competitive price for a 4-star hotel in the middle of Surabaya. We also provide other types of rooms such as Deluxe, Premium, Executive, to Amazing Residence with a room area of 78 square meters. If I may suggest, the Deluxe Room and Premium Room types are very worth for money if you need a more comfortable and spacious room, with a price not too far from the Smart type. For your information, we also provide Deluxe, Premium, Executive, and Amazing Residence room types with an area of 78 square meters. If I may suggest, the Deluxe & Premium room type with an area of 29 square meters is quite worth for money, with an area that is quite far from the Smart Room but the price difference is not much different.
