The room was clean and comfortable, and because we were staying at the venue for the symposium and workshop, it was easy to get in and out of the room and take a morning walk. There's a seniors' park four minutes from the hotel, and next door is a nice restaurant and souvenir shop.

I really liked the Harris Hotel Gubeng. They provided a lot of compliments, from free tea, free laundry, and discounts on food at the restaurant and lounge because we stayed in an executive room. The room was a decent size and the room area was clean. I liked it.

Breakfast was okay, tasty, although the variety was limited.
There was something uncomfortable about the service. There was a difference in the way guests were treated. Regarding our arrival at the hotel, from the smile to the welcome drink, they were quick to serve us when we were Garuda Indonesia guests.
We weren't offered any, and even a smile felt forced.
I've never found a hotel with this kind of service. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.
