Comfy room at 11th floor with the view to the city. Big window in half tall the wall, it would be much dramatic view if all in glass-wall window. The aircon works OK, even though during my 2nd day the aircon totally broke the whole day until I called the hotel staff. It has a daybed in the room. Don't expect the TV, since nothing comes clear. The room size was proper, with additional carpet and plywood flooring. It has a fridge and a safety deposit box. The hotel seems to be a renovation of the former structure, maybe a mall or something. The lobby isn't much to say but a simple yet minimalist, together on a floor with the restaurant for breakfast and a small lobby. It has a rooftop cafe in which all beverages came from the pool bar, and its view is stunning either to sunset in the west and the Kapuas River in the east, as well as the surrounding city view. There's a DJ show every evening during the sunset. The swimming pool at the rooftop is proper, not too small neither large. The downside, they were hadn't prepared for the swimming pool towel by the time I got there and asked me to bring my room towel, which for me was a big mistake of hospitality service. They should know the difference use of a pool towel and a bath towel better. The pool bathroom wasn't getting enough attention for its cleanliness. The conference room was proper, but I didn't feel comfortable with the dining concept for the conference participants who gathered with other conferences that day, which makes the dining venue was so packed. Even though they applied Covid-19 protocols for some buffets, but still very limited seats to use, particularly with a proper distance. The breakfast variety wasn't as I expected for a 4 stars hotel, but the taste was OK. The location of this hotel is in the middle of everything. Most of the staff were pretty attentive to the guest's needs, particularly the breakfast crew and the housekeeping staff.

Clenliness is very poor. There is roaches in both days in the room. And the towels have stains all over them. Never stay here again.

Harris has become a regular stay with his family, only for his arrival this time it's a little less good. But calm down the hotel has handled it so that comfort is maintained. What makes us happy at the Harris hotel is that it is equipped with a swimming pool, children's play area and a varied menu that is both delicious and healthy.

The view is good, the breakfast is pretty good, it only turns out that it's only for 1 person, the breakfast is added 65 thousand for my husband again. Overall passable.
