When we checked in, there was only one towel. When we got there at 2 pm, we were told to wait 45 minutes. After we got to the room, we called twice, and no towel was given until the evening.

In the middle of the night, the AC in the bathroom suddenly came on, and it was very annoying. When I was sleeping, the heat woke me up, the room was not soundproof, and I could hear the sound of a noisy motorbike.

sering nginap di hotel ini..tapi kali ini bener2 agak kecewa
- towel kamar tidak ada, keset kaki tidak ada..katanya keterlambatan laundry..tunggu sampai hampir 3 jam sampai susulin ke lobby di karenakan telp mengalamin kendala dan tidak berfungsi
- dpt kamar lantai 10 depan lift kecium bau toilet
- shower airnya kecil dan ada gagang rusak...
- sabun mandi tidak di refill dan habis
- lampu baca ada yg mati
- parkiran agak susah..tapi bisa di bantu sama pak satpam
semoga dpt memperbaiki fasilitas yg ada..karna tmpt favorit saya untuk menginap..lokasi strategis banget..

Check-in was very easy, the room was spacious, and the cleanliness was good. The bathroom was okay, although there were a few ants. The TV didn't play all channels because some were paid. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and the location was very good, with lots of food around the hotel.

Just after checking in, the lights went out and I slammed the elevator shut. The floor in the room was a bit dirty. The breakfast food wasn't very good and it didn't taste very good.

The room is okay, but unfortunately it's a bit noisy, not soundproof from people passing by in front of the room, which can be a bit startling. The lobby really smells like a sewer, the swimming pool is dirty.
