I feel so welcome when arrived and all the staff are friendly. Their service are great, polite, kind and cheerful also. The view is amazing. The facilities are new and clean. Hope to have ice cream in the breakfast menu in the future. Definitely will come back for more.

We stayed a night at HARRIS Resort Barelang Batam and had a great time! The kids had so much fun — the pool was a highlight, and the breakfast was really good too. We also enjoyed relaxing at the Rocksalt Bar with its nice atmosphere.
Only small downside was our room being on the 3rd floor, which made it a bit tiring going up and down several times to the pool, beach, or bar. But overall, it was a lovely stay for the family and we’d be happy to come back again!

Worst Check-in Experience Ever. Arrive at 14:00. Check-in time 15:00. Got my room at 16:30. Lack of staff for preparing the room at peak season. No refilled welcome drink for 2 hours+, while lots of guests stuck at the lobby.
