I feel so welcome when arrived and all the staff are friendly. Their service are great, polite, kind and cheerful also. The view is amazing. The facilities are new and clean. Hope to have ice cream in the breakfast menu in the future. Definitely will come back for more.

One of the best hotels in Batam, especially for families. The facilities are good. The staff is friendly. The facilities are adequate. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious. The kids' activities are top-notch. The kids are very happy because there's a foam party on the weekend. The swimming pool is clean. There are jet skis, ATVs, etc. so you don't need to go out because the hotel itself is very complete.

The staff was friendly, but because I was there when the hotel was busy, the service was quite slow. I had to remind them several times, maybe because they skipped over and forgot, but this needs to be improved and more attention paid to service during peak hours.

The check-in queue was long and took quite a while. The rooms were okay, but access to the facilities was a bit difficult, as we had to use the shuttle bus.

My room had a very nice view of Barelang bridge! My partner really happy of it!
The room spacious, two big suitcases open have no problems. You can still moving around freely.
I enjoy having meal at Rock Salt Beach Club! The meal and drinks absolutely delicious!
It has minimarket inside the resort, you can buy snacks in there.
The resort provides many activities, but strolling around the area is very relaxing too..
I recommend if you want a place to relax quietly..

THE STAFF IS VERY VERY FRIENDLY, VERY VERY HELPFUL IN MY NEEDS.. THERE WERE NO CRACKERS AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANT AND I WENT TO THE STAFF DURING BREAKFAST AND HE IMMEDIATELY FRIED THE CRACKERS.. VERY VERY EXCELLENT SERVICE.. I ALSO ASKED FOR THE HELP OF THE BEACH CLUB STAFF AND THE BAND TO GIVE A SURPRISE TO MY CHILD AND THEY WERE HAPPY TO HELP... WOOOOOOOOOOO THE SWIMMING POOL AT THE BEACH CLUB WHEN I STAYED WAS DIRTY, LOTS OF SAND AND THE WATER DIDN'T CIRCULATE..
