A very well located hotel in the middle of the city, view was amazing. I stayed for a brief one night, beautiful mirror art was created by the staff to enhance the experience. Breakfast was alright. Definitely will come back for the view and the good location.

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The room was well equipped with a water boiler and safe deposit box. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large, and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable, and I like the color and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done, and to me, many will like it. I found the Staff very friendly, fast, and obliging. My family and I were very happy and pleased with our one-day stay.

The location of this hotel is very strategic, connected to shopping centers, and literally in the city center near GBK stadium. The room is spacious and comfortable. One of the most unexpected things was the food. I ordered 4 menus and they were all very good in terms of flavor, variety, and portions which made it worth the price.

Loved the fact that its situated in a mall. Shop and dining its not an issue. Located opposite GBK. I went there for a concert so we just had to walk. Convenient in that sense. We got the 47 floor room. So there is a waiting time to go up and down. Room is fairly sized , good for couples. Overall cleanliness is okay. No complaints

Wishlist checked! I've always wanted to have a staycation here. I choose Harris Bright room and as reviewed by lots of people, the city view is truly amazing. I requested for birthday complimentary and they fulfilled it (sliced cake + the mirror decoration). Everything was perfect💚🩷 Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Since the hotel is located at the same building as fX Sudirman, it was pretty easy to find something to eat (aside from the hotel's restaurant). I'd definitely come back here again. Thank you!

I chose Harris FX because of its strategic location. The hotel/mall is also close to the MRT and GBK exits, making it a great place to bring kids to explore the area.
The mall also has plenty of tenants, so you don't have to worry about buying food or snacks.
However, the elevator was down for a while. Hopefully, it's maintained properly, as some of the rooms are on high floors.
The room itself was very comfortable, spacious, and had a great view. However, it's a bit lacking in soundproofing, as noise from outside and neighboring rooms can be heard.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.

Ordered a room with full glass, but was given a wall, but I was still satisfied with the view of Jakarta's city lights, it's perfect for taking photos.. but honestly, I'm sorry I wasn't satisfied with the taste of the dinner food.. maybe because it was cold, or maybe I ordered the wrong menu, but the menu I chose was the one recommended by those in set A and B, if the bathroom had a bathtub it would be cooler and more comfortable, hopefully next time if there's a special day again, I can be given a room that meets my expectations and the quality of the dinner food can be improved
