It was a really nice stay here, plus the convenience of the Traveloka app. I even extended my stay for 2 nights because it was so comfortable staying with my family. I checked in late at around 8 pm, but the receptionist was still very friendly and fulfilled all my requests. Thank you. It will be my favorite hotel if I go to Jakarta again, especially since it's close to the airport. Thank you Harris Puri Mansion and thank you also to Traveloka.

Checked at 5 pm first said the room was not ready .. hellow that's true .. saw my annoyed face immediately said it was ready given another unit .. I ordered a suite room the AC was cold big bathtub, tv can netflix but have to request first ask for the remote haha .. got dinner they said until 9 pm .. at 8.30 pm I was just able to arrive for the taste of the food was very ordinary and everything was cold .. the room corridor was hot and the carpet was really dirty .. inside the room there were lots of small flies and small cockroaches on the table that had a slice of cake on it as a result I didn't touch the slice of cake .. the towels and mat were really not suitable anymore really dirty and had stains .. no intention of changing them ?? Breakfast also lacked variety ..

Yesterday, I was in room 031, where the bathroom drain was clogged. I was really uncomfortable with it. semalam saya nginap di hotel ini, milih hotel ini karena tempat strategis dan kamar nyaman. saya check in jam 9 malam bersama bayi saya 4 bulan dan suami. kami dapat kamar nomor 373 di lantai 37. req high floor dan 1 bed juga di penuhi. senang rasanya. ketika kami tidur semua aman, tiba2 saya kebangun jam 8 pagi karena bayi saya merengek dan saya berasa kamar kami panas, saya gendong bayi saya dan keringatan. saya cek ac remote ac, ternyata ac menunjuk suhu 24 derajat dan saya coba pencet2 itu remote ac untuk turunin suhu ke 16 ga bisa. saya telp resepsionis komplain dan teknisi cek ac kamar, ternyata rusak dan di info sama teknisi bahwa ini akan nyala 30 menit aja lalu akan mati dan kami di tawarkan pindah kamar. akhirnya jam 9.30 saya telp resepsionis bilang ac nya rusak dan mau pindah kamar, di cek sama mereka lalu ga sebentar di telp dan di angkat suami saya, resepsionis tanya apa kami ada mau perpanjang kamar atau tidak, jawab suami saya tidak dan akan co, lalu di info resepsionis kamar sedang fully book dan terisi semua, jawab suami saya tidak apa, karena posisi saya lagi mandiin bayi saya. setelah saya selesai dan suami info bahwa tidak ada kamar ready untuk pindah dan saya marah karena kami harus nunggu sampai jam 12 siang co dengan kondisi ac kamar mati?? saya telp resepsionis dan saya komplain dan marah, di jawab resepsionis, tadi sudah telp dan bapak sudah bilang gapapa. seketika saya murka dan saya jawab “suami saya bilang gapapa karena kamu sudah bilang tidak ada kamar pengganti, lantas kalau saya bilang kami tetap mau pindah, apa ada kamar ?? tidak ada kan ???” resepsionis diam. tidak 15 menit di telp bilang bahwa kamar ready dan siap pindah, juga di kasih kompensasi late check out jam 2 siang. tapi saya tolak karena sudah ilfeel!! akhirnya jam 11 kami sudah co dari hotel itu. dengan kondisi kamar PANAS!!! Checked at 5 pm first said the room was not ready .. hellow that's true .. saw my annoyed face immediately said it was ready given another unit .. I ordered a suite room the AC was cold big bathtub, tv can netflix but have to request first ask for the remote haha .. got dinner they said until 9 pm .. at 8.30 pm I was just able to arrive for the taste of the food was very ordinary and everything was cold .. the room corridor was hot and the carpet was really dirty .. inside the room there were lots of small flies and small cockroaches on the table that had a slice of cake on it as a result I didn't touch the slice of cake .. the towels and mat were really not suitable anymore really dirty and had stains .. no intention of changing them ??
