Overall, the atmosphere here is pleasant, shady, and cool. It's close to everything. There's just one thing that needs improvement: the lighting in the rooms is very lacking. Perhaps some additional lighting could be added. For example, I had a bit of difficulty applying makeup, especially since I had to get ready for my son's graduation. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious.

The view from my room wasn't great, perhaps because it was a lower level. The interior and amenities were very good, plus there was a hairdryer. The food was mediocre, but the restaurant's interior made up for it.

Reasonable room rates for a triple bed. Comfortable, complete amenities, and freshly cleaned daily. The location is strategic, surrounded by restaurants, souvenir shops, boutiques/clothing outlets, and a laundry service with same-day express service. Within walking distance to Gempol's culinary scene. Will definitely be back!

Our experience did not match the high ratings. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our 2-night stay.
We booked a family room with two queen beds, a balcony, and a view of the main street. Unfortunately, the room was too small for us, my family and I had to take turns walking in front of the TV because the bed was placed very close to it. The room also had a connecting door to the next room, which wasn’t permanently locked, making us feel concern about safety.
At night, please don’t expect a peaceful sleep, as the street noise was quite loud even at 3 AM.
However, the room was clean and location is not too far from Riau.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast had to be ordered in advance from a provided list. The wait time was quite long, so be prepared to be annoyed if you're in a hurry. If you want to add more breakfast, you can't.
When we stayed, the Wi-Fi was unavailable, and the TV was so bad we couldn't watch it. We asked for it to be fixed, but nothing was done until the next day.
This needs special attention from management.
