This is the second time I have booked, the apartment is very clean, spacious, with 1 main bedroom in which there is a private bathroom, two guest bedrooms and the facilities provided are very complete such as cooking utensils, glasses, spoons, forks, knives, dishwasher , stove, etc. that I usually don't get at other apartments. The quiet location of the apartment and the beautiful atmosphere make me comfortable. For family or business holidays with a team it feels right and recommended to stay in this apartment.

last minute reservation while on the road, around the time after breaking the fast, then culinary in Bandung until midnight..well before that I forgot to make sure the reservation to the apartment contact person (because the apartment is individual so it's not a contact like a hotel receptionist)..we tried to contact the number listed in the bio, but it turned out to be a general contact because this highland apartment has several branches and it took a bit of time to get the contact of the apartment contact person that we reserved. because checking in was already in the middle of the night, we were really afraid that we wouldn't be able to check in, oh it turned out that they responded immediately (they were also alert) so we could be shown to the room that we reserved..that price was worth it for 4 people so there were 2 rooms, we stayed one night (aka just slept). The cleanliness of the room is okay, the room temperature is okay, not too cold, there are no cooking utensils and drinking water, then the sheets and pillows are okay, the important thing is they are clean, the blanket is not so good so we only wear our own jackets, the toiletries are only bottled soap and towels, the towels are also only available 2 even though the reservation is for 4 people.. the towels are not so good, coincidentally I have never used hotel towels.. so it's better to bring your own toiletries and also bring your own drinking water.. oh yeah, make sure after making a reservation for this type of apartment accommodation, make sure first.. don't do it impromptu on the spot..

1. Friendly Staff Service; 2. Excuse me, a little input for improving facilities that are not yet optimal, please be kind enough to be followed up on the first opportunity, especially in room 1730 so that when the next family guest enters, it will be more comfortable (such as: the door to the balcony is broken and only blocked with a used cloth, the water tap in the bathroom is leaking, all the lights are not bright enough for the size of the apartment and there is a light that is missing, namely above the dining table, and the entire room should be given more fragrance to make it more fragrant, and no less important, all AC units should be serviced so that they are cooler as they should be)

got a room with an amazing view, there are 2 rooms with 2 ACs and an Android TV, but unfortunately there is no WiFi and the electricity often goes out by itself if you use a water heater with AC

I booked 3D2N at this apartment, I brought my family here. I got room on 6th floor and didn't expect that the second bed was above the wardrobe (see picture enclosed), it was too close to ceiling so it was not for an adult. so I requested to move to another room and I got room on the 8th floor, we found the second bed was "normal" but when we moved the bed to the left in the main room as the aircon was directed to the bed (due to a baby), we found a lot of trashes (including condom box) there (see picture enclosed). There was no hot water on the 8th floor room and the room was not clean. So we decided to move to another property the following day even I booked for 3D2N. I asked the staff and they said they didn't know about bed above the wardrobe. Overall, the rating was bad and not recommended.
