I and stayed on September 13-14, for the location is not far from the snacks and Paskal mall, the check-in staff was very friendly, helped me too because I brought some icepacks for the coolerbox and I asked for help to leave them in the freezer and was served well, for the hotel it is very good because it is 5 stars, and the children like the swimming pool, .. For breakfast food there are many variations until I was confused about which one to choose, there is an outdoor dining area for smoking, and the service again I was satisfied, I asked for ice cubes to be brought to the room and the information officer will deliver it to the room, and I also asked for bowls and cutlery to be served directly to the room ... It's great, for the price it's ok.

The best service with a location in the center of Bandung city

Came here with my wife for our 12th anniversary. Best experience I ever had in Bandung, they allow us to check in on 12 PM. I’ll definitely take my family here.

Highly recommended for a family hotel. The location is also close to Paskal Hyper Square, which is next to the hotel. There are also many dining options nearby, all within walking distance. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bathrooms are spotless. The staff are very friendly and ensure everything meets guest expectations. The breakfast is delicious, the menu is comprehensive, and the staff are very responsive and very friendly to children. Good job, Hilton team!

Highly recommended for family stays. The staff is super friendly. Easy access to store breast milk in the hotel freezer. In the premium executive rooms, the refrigerator is still good for 24-hour breast milk storage.

Hilton Hotel Bandung – Excellent Stay! Loved our family stay at Hilton Hotel Bandung! The room was spacious—much bigger than most 5-star hotels. Perfect location: steps from Bandung Train Station and walking distance to Paskal 29 Mall & Paskal Square (so many food options!). Just 10-15 mins by taxi to Braga Street, Rumah Mode, and other attractions. The pool was relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. Highly recommend for both family leisure!

Good stay, good place, good vibes

This hotel is very clean and the service is really very good and I am satisfied I asked for additional water, additional towels, baby cot, baby chair all given by the staff are all friendly and what I didn't expect when I entered the room was a surprise with this writing and given a cake like brownies. Thank you hotel manager and all Hilton hotel staff, keep it up if I want to go to downtown Bandung I will definitely stay here again

From the moment we checked in, we requested a one-hour late check-out to pray, etc. On the day itself, there was a problem, as usual. At 12 noon, we wanted to enter the room and found out the key needed to be refreshed. We went to the receptionist, who said it had been refreshed, so we went up at 12:15. It turned out the key wasn't working, so we went down again and had the key refreshed again. So we went up at almost 12:30, prayed, etc. At 1:00, there was a call in the room, pretending to ask if I wanted to extend my stay. At 1:15, there was a knock on the door. The female receptionist asked if we needed help carrying our luggage. We were already packed and ready to check out. We knew it was a polite eviction, even though we hadn't requested a room boy to carry our luggage. We were a bit stunned by their insistence on getting us out quickly. A hotel of the Hilton's caliber, especially since it was a Thursday, not a weekend.

Love everything about the Hilton Hotel. The cleanliness, the smell once you enter the lobby area, the big beds, the facilities, the ambiance, the strategic location, all perfect five star to the truest meaning. All the best for Hilton Hotel Bandung

The staff is friendly and prompt, and their response to issues is befitting a 5-star hotel. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a gentle rain shower and bathtub. Truly 5 stars.
