The room is very comfortable, clean, and fragrant. It's close to the city and the staff are friendly. You won't regret staying here.

Friendly staff, spacious however since Jogja is really hot the AC will not work until certain time like during night time to cool it down. A fan provided would be great. I did not take the Bathroom picture, but it is very clean and spacious. Overall the amenities was ok for Villa type services. Great place to stay!!

Honest review. Please consider it as feedback. The staff are all friendly and communicative. The swimming pool is refreshing for every guest (the chlorine scent is subtle, not overpowering). There's Netflix, which is very important! Parking is just right for 5 rooms (assuming each room brings 1 car), but the parking is uncovered, so the car gets very hot during the day. The location is pleasant and accessible, close to everything. Perhaps in the future, breakfast could be considered. The rooms aren't close together, so if you bring noisy children, you won't disturb the neighbors. Now, on to the bad side: 1. The sink faucet was broken when we arrived and hasn't been repaired (we were staying in room 3). 2. The sheets and bed cover were stained; either they weren't washed thoroughly enough or they needed replacing. 3. This is the most epic part. From the lobby to the room, there was a persistent sour smell. We had to spray Stella spray several times each time we entered the room. (Is this the smell from the cleaning staff or the foreigner who stayed there previously?)

The villa is clean, comfortable, complete, and top notch. I will definitely come back here again.

The place is aesthetic, clean, and tidy, and the service is friendly. It only takes 15 minutes from Lempuyangan Station by motorbike at a leisurely 30-40 km/h. It's not too far to get anywhere, especially to Malioboro, Bringharjo Market, and Ngasem Market.

The cool Balinese atmosphere even though it is located near a housing complex, the left and right of the villa can be heard talking in front of the pool, but the comfortable room and bathroom are very spacious, the duck tire costs 50 thousand for 24 hours, the breakfast looks beautiful but feels lacking for the price of 165 thousand. But it's cool, I really like the villa. Make memorable memories 👌🏻🥺
