Holiday Inn Express SURABAYA CENTERPOINT, an IHG Hotel

The location is very strategic. In the city center so close to everywhere. Close to Rudy's depot, Boncafe and others. At night in front of the hotel, there are many culinary delights. The only minus is that there is no swimming pool. The staff is friendly, the breakfast food is so-so that there is not much variety.

Comfortable, not far from the city center and many culinary choices in Kedungdoro. The female receptionist is friendly (with whom I forget), the security guard is not friendly, other than that, it's great next time here again.

The strategic place in front of the hotel is already a culinary place with cheap prices so if you are hungry, don't bother.

The food is very good, delicious.

Stayed 3 nights at the hotel during the Eid holiday this year, the facilities are quite complete, there is a safety box, hot water kettle, unfortunately the cold drink cooler doesn't work, and the hot water shower is too hot, it can't be adjusted cold, even though the lever is turned, it's not comfortable to take a shower . The standard breakfast menu is ordinary, the variety of the menu needs to be improved. The hotel staff is friendly n helpful, the location of the hotel in the city center is easily accessible and near culinary places around the hotel (Jalan. Kedungdoro, Jalan. Tidar).

We checked in at 21.00 on the 18th just for transit from Bali, the FO staff, the guy on the shift, was not friendly, the room was small, cramped, small bed, only 1 toothbrush, subhanallah. There is a feeling of regret that this time I got a hotel like this, it's really sudden I didn't have time to googling this hotel review, at breakfast, Subhanallah, they have a rule that small children from 2 years old have to pay even though they don't pay attention to the menu too, the menu is spicy. Well, I will never stay again in this brand-branded hotel throughout my beloved country. Will never come back again.

Asking for an early check-in can't because of the check-in regulation at 2 pm even though I ordered 3 rooms to stay for 1 week and what I regret the most and am furious because I asked for an early check-in around 12 for my parents who are 80 years old because they are tired a flight from Kalimantan and even that only asked for an early check-in only 1 room for my parents and the other room no problem checking in at 2 am and many rooms were empty but still didn't want to know the receptionist and faced a male receptionist named irvan who didn't feel the same once and waiting time in the lobby someone came at 1 pm check-in was given a card then I protested and irvan said that it was charged 25% and I didn't believe it and asked where the evidence was (it doesn't make sense, is there anyone who wants only 1 hour difference want to charge 25%) said Irvan, the proof is personal, it's not that bad, the room card was given (perhaps the receptionist taught the manager how to eat bravely with guests) please for those who want to stay at Hol iday in kedung doro get ready, you can't check in early and holiday in kedungdoro is really unprofessional and makes guests angry and breakfast is not good and the menu doesn't change every day and next time i won't be able to stay here because in Surabaya it's very, very much better hotels and friendlier service.

Hotel bersih, staff ramah-ramah, breakfast nya enak, wifi oke, view nya bagus banget apalagi kalo malem langsung ke jalanan kota.🫶🏻.
