the location is behind mangga dua mall, so easy to get food and shopping. near with stasiun jayakarta also. the tourism nearby are old town and Ancol/Dufan. check in so fast and easy. the staff very humble and helpful. the room is spacious and comfort. the breakfast not so bad

Room on the 18th floor. Hot water is not working, the water pipe is clogged, the AC takes 2 hours to cool down.

I stayed here for a day because I got home from work late.
The staff were okay, quick, and friendly. However, the room was lacking; it wasn't as pictured. I got a room that was a bit dated and looked a bit dated. At least it was clean.

1. The staff didn't check the customer's booking to see what had been booked. They just gave me the room key. co: I booked a room with a king bed, but they gave me a room with 2 single beds that were pushed together LOL.
2. There were a lot of cockroaches in the room, so it felt like a sin to keep killing them during my stay 😮💨

I liked the hotel area, which had a lot of food. However, I found a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom. Also, there was no refrigerator in the room, even though the TV was good and the internet was quite fast.

Management needs to pay attention to the cleanliness of the room. When I first entered the room, it smelled of urine and there were cockroaches everywhere. After I asked to change to another room, it turned out there were mice in the room.
