The hotel is clean, comfortable, the AC is cold, the breakfast is very complete, the hotel location is in the northern part of Surabaya, close to museums and religious tourism in the Ampel area (lots of Middle Eastern culinary delights).

Take a superior twin bed including breakfast. Clean room, view to the sunset. Cold AC, complete TV channels, new bed & sheets, bathroom is also clean. Strategic location, near ATM, near my work location at the port. Near the Ampel mosque & grave. Breakfast is also delicious, food & fresh fruit. Will definitely come here again if you go to Perak

The location of the hotel is close to the old city, perfect for taking photos of historical places or old buildings (red bridge, Chinatown, Jalan. Gula, de javasche bank) which are all within walking distance. Near the hotel there is also a green open space (historical park) for children to play. The facade of the hotel itself is unique and grand with a 20s vibe, great for taking pictures. We transited one night at this hotel on our way to Bali, bringing our own towels which has become our habit during the pandemic. Overall staying 1 night here at the price given was very satisfied because the bed was quite comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the tv had many channels, the hot water was on, and the air conditioner was cold. The hotel staff especially those who guard the front door are very friendly. Hopefully the service will continue to be improved and continue to be updated/refurbished in the hotel area, both the lobby and the room, especially for towels and doormats, so that the hotel will be more successful.

1. I ordered a room near the elevator, but it wasn't given. 2. I asked to change rooms because the walls & ceiling had leaks, I was not accepted for full reasons, even though the hotel was quiet. 3. The bedsheet doesn't look like it's new, it was used by someone. I am disappointed.

Old but gold! Sebuah kemewahan di tengah panasnya dan macetnya wilayah Surabaya Utara. Nginep sini karena penasaran dan di luar ekspektasi sih. Termasuk hotel yang udah berumur juga di Surabaya, jadi suasana vintage classicnya juga dapet. Pesen tipe Standart King dapet upgrade ke Superior King bed. Kamarnya cukup luas dan bersihh, AC nya dingin banget mantap, Channel TV varian lumayan lahh, kamar mandi full marmer keliatan mewahnya sebagai ciri khas hotel jaman dulu meskipun sayang gak ada bathtubnya (kecuali di tipe Deluxe ada bathtub). Sarapannya nih juga di luar ekspektasi, enak-enak loh ternyata dan variannya cukup banyak dan ada egg corner juga. Croisantnya bikin nagih sih. Sayang banget tapi di hotel ini gak ada kolam renang, tetapi ada tempat fitness. Overall oke dan puas banget sih nginep sini, next time pasti balik lagi ke sini. 😃.

Hotel lama namun tetap menjaga kualitas. Staf ramah, hotel dan kamar bersih, sarapan enak. Saya sedang dinas dekat pelabuhan dan ini hotel sangat recommended.

Saat ke Surabaya saya selalu menginap di (sekarang) Arcadia dari sekitar tahun 2012. Kebersihan selalu terjaga, kualitas makanan dan pelayanan oke, namun interior kamar yang mungkin perlu sedikit sentuhan agar kenyamanan tamu lebih meningkat.

Pas check in kebetulan memerlukan waktu kurang lebih 10menit infonya kamar masih dipersiapkan, sambil nunggu dikasih welcome drink, dapet kamar 821, bersih dingin terus dapat pemandangan sunset, tapi lumayan sering lihat kecoak kecil, saya udah matiin 5, masih ada lewat 2, semoga segera panggil pestcontrol ya, sarapannya enak.
