I like to stay at the Horison Ciledug. Nice place to stay, all the hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast is a lot of his choice but plain taste.

Great management. Why? At 12 o'clock, all electricity, especially in all guest rooms will be shut off. Especially to the guests who do not extend. But honestly, it's truly shocking to me because I've never seen it before. Overall is okay. But better take out the rules. LOL. The room, the water, and the hygiene is going very well. UPS, about the services I mean the all reservation girls are so nice. Bad at the girl who serves the egg booth (breakfast time), she is not nice. Poor my hubby borrows prayer tools. And the management allowed it. THANKS. My hubby and I are happy to stay in Horison Ciledug. Maybe we'll be back, soon. I hope the management always grows well in any aspect. See you soon. Thanks!

Ordered the executive room with breakfast, during check-in we still need to pay deposit instead what stated in the app. The room size is exactly like deluxe room but with additional bathtube only, the hot water works after I call reception and a technician came. The breakfast rather dissapointing, most of the menu cold, chewy and tasted bland (looks like yesterday food). If you choose this hotel because of the pool like I did, you can forget about it, its small, the water was on dirty side, no towel provided and when you sit on the end of the pool, you can smell "garbage" odor. I don't think I will consider choosing this hotel again

Enjoyed staying here, quick check in, friendly staff. The breakfast menu has many variations and tastes good. Yesterday, booking 4 rooms got a connecting room according to the request. There are also many snack places around the hotel so it's easy if you want to eat out. Every Saturday night there is usually a barbecue at the hotel at an affordable price in my opinion. Thanks Horison Ciledug and online agents.

It's been the umpteenth staycation at Horison Ciledug. It's really really comfortable here, everything is delicious, nice & comfortable. The staff is friendly and alert. Request birthday cake & given according to expectations. The food is also delicious. Moreover, bringing baby to be comfortable & happy. Will come back again because I already believe in Horison Ciledug.👍🏻
