The accommodation is actually ok not that special, but the people, has made the stay excellent. Start from the security, receptionist, porter, waiters were nice, kind and polite, made me and my family feeling at home. Definitely will Come back for next visit. The AC was hot. The bathroom had no lock. There were signs of a break-in that hadn't been repaired. When showering, the door had to be propped up with a trash can, but it still wouldn't close properly.

I booked 3 rooms for 1 night. The rooms and bathrooms were fine, quite clean. Hot water and AC worked well. 6th floor.
One night apart, I booked 2 rooms (plus an extra bed) for 1 night. The bathroom, located near the toilet (where the seat is), was stained and couldn't be cleaned, making it look dirty. Hot water and AC worked well. No windows, but curtains made it look like windows. 3rd floor.

My room’s key card didn’t work multiple times, and only on the last day they realised that they needed to change the battery on the door. I had requested a double bed when I booked, but when I checked in, the room with a double bed wasn’t available, and I had to wait for 30 minutes for them to prepare.

Delicious food, friendly staff, adequate bathrooms, and a strong Javanese atmosphere. Close to our facilities. It's a pleasure to be able to walk around comfortably. The heat of Semarang overcomes my curiosity and inquisitiveness. I'm a fan of Horison throughout Indonesia.
