A funny experience of being "trapped in the bathroom" because the bathroom door handle was broken and old, when I pulled it the handle came off, resulting in me screaming to be pushed from outside the door 😂 apart from that it was very comfortable and satisfying

Overall, it's okay. The breakfast option is suitable because Horison Nindya is a 3-star hotel. They were clean and responsive when I asked for a room change because the initial room wasn't suitable.
However, there were a lot of baby cockroaches that suddenly appeared in the room. Haha, it was a bit uncomfortable. But it's safe! Thank you!

The check-in and checkout process was fast, the staff were friendly and responsive. Although the location is relatively far from the city center, there are many places to eat around the hotel. There are Superindo and Indomaret too which makes it easy for us.

For a 3-star hotel like Horison, it should be okay.. but what's annoying is that when the parking lot is full, there are no staff to help... the rooms are still dirty in the corners.. breakfast is okay for a 3-star hotel... luckily it was only 1 night but it made me angry.. next time it will be better...

stayed at nindya several times, everything was OK. but this time there are notes that might be able to be improved in the future. room 305 AC is not cold enough. bathroom exhaust fan is not working. for breakfast chicken porridge is not tasty (usually this is a favorite). there is soto but it doesn't seem appetizing. so I didn't take it. please help manage the parking better. because during peak season it seems chaotic. at least there is a parking attendant at the back who can direct.

comfortable hotel as usual cakrawala standard. location is a bit out of the way. a bit far from the city center. right when the hotel is full. so the car park is full. taking the car out is a bit of a challenge. take turns one by one. btw thx cakrawala

I didn't expect to enter a super comfy room with upgraded furniture that follows the trend, the bathroom with hot and fast running water is very pleasant.. the room's facilities are really good.. the room's AC is very cold.. the breakfast is very varied and delicious
