The room was nice, the hotel was nice too, the food was delicious... but yesterday I couldn't sleep because the AC in the room wasn't working properly, the living room was colder than the room, I couldn't sleep until 3am.

It's crazy.
There were so many cockroaches. Literally in the room. The bathroom. The hotel environment. So many. No offense, considering the price was relatively cheap. I don't mind if the environment, room, and cleanliness were already very good.
The staff was friendly and very helpful.
But the cockroaches, from very small to very large. It just doesn't make sense.

The bathroom and the hotel area were infested with cockroaches. No offense, considering the price was relatively cheap. I don't mind, considering the environment, room, and cleanliness were already excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. But the cockroaches, ranging in size from very small to very large, were beyond belief.
