I only spent a night here but the experience was really great. Amazing hotel, nice location, and superb breakfast. Not to mention their nice rooftop cafe. Good spot to watch sunset and the price is affordable. Got no chance to try other facilities but would like to the next time I stay here again.

During the New Normal process in the Pangandaran Regency, it was suggested by the Government for Tourists and Guests to prepare: Bringing Rapid Test Results, Always Using Masks & Washing Hands, for now, Guests from areas other than West Java have not been permitted to visit. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.

The staff from security, FO, HK to the restaurant were all very friendly.. the best in general,, it wasn't time to check in yet but the room was ready, when I called I was informed that I could enter the room, the breakfast menu was varied and all delicious.. especially the croissants hehe.. the view was also the best, in general I will stay here again if I go to Pangandaran.. thank you Horison

Awesome.. the room is very comfortable.. next time, God willing, I will come here again... just a little suggestion, please provide a mat in front of the toilet.. because when bringing small children, they are afraid of falling. Just finished taking a shower, suddenly they run away

The hotel staff is friendly from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, very helpful and fast response. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the location of the hotel is near the beach, nature reserves & the view of the open sea from the rooftop is very good, the food is quite tasty and varied.

The staff are rude, other two-star hotels, even in my life I have been to Pangandaran and they greet each other friendlyly, but this is not the case. Also, I'm sorry, in my opinion, the food is not very tasty, rate 7.5, food choices are 8, and the location of the food is uncomfortable. If the atmosphere and view from the restaurant are the best, it's 9 🥲🙏🏻

The hotel is comfortable + clean, the toiletries are complete, when you arrive there is a welcome drink, when you enter the room there are snacks in the form of packaged drinks + chips + chocolate wafers.
Breakfast on the rooftop with glass floors and fences facing the west coast is very impressive, a must take a photo at that spot. Plus breakfast with a varied and complete menu ranging from rice + fish, porridge, bread, various cakes, various juices, and many more, basically very satisfied staying at the Horison Palma hotel, leaving a good impression plus very friendly service and when entering the room snacks are provided, the kids are happy .. next time I'll stay here again

Every time I go to Pangandaran I always stay here, the place is clean, the rooms are comfortable, you just have to cross the road to the beach, the only thing lacking is the food, the taste is quite good, the best thing for breakfast is the chicken porridge, it's really delicious.

It's really true, comfortable, clean, friendly staff, it really makes you want to stay here, hey, you know what, I thought Horison was expensive, but it's actually cheap, just like other hotels, I will definitely stay here again.

So far so good! The staff are all friendly from the front desk, bellman, housekeeping, restaurant staff, very helpful and fast response. The room is comfortable, clean, spacious, really amazing to find a hotel that provides complete prayer equipment, very very good! Will be a mainstay hotel if you holiday to Pangandaran again next time! The food is also complete and delicious, access to the beach is also very close!
