I only spent a night here but the experience was really great. Amazing hotel, nice location, and superb breakfast. Not to mention their nice rooftop cafe. Good spot to watch sunset and the price is affordable. Got no chance to try other facilities but would like to the next time I stay here again.

During the New Normal process in the Pangandaran Regency, it was suggested by the Government for Tourists and Guests to prepare: Bringing Rapid Test Results, Always Using Masks & Washing Hands, for now, Guests from areas other than West Java have not been permitted to visit. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.

Overall, everything is okay, the room is comfortable, the view is good, the cleanliness is maintained, the staff is helpful and friendly, we even got a surprise cake, but the breakfast was a bit lacking, the main course tastes bland, the juice is also lacking in flavor, there are few stall choices, the toast is delicious, the omelette stall is okay, the fried food stall is quite good... even though it wasn't the weekend, it was quite full.

This hotel is very close to Pangandaran Beach, but the facilities are lacking. When I checked in, there were no towels or mats in the room. I had to ask several times, and I also asked for the room to be re-swept because the floor was sticky, and I don't know what spilled it. I happened to be staying in room 105. I asked for a nice view, but they gave me a wall view. They said you could only get a beach view if you book directly. Furthermore, the AC in the room was so noisy that it made it hard to sleep. I called a technician, but it still didn't work. Not to mention, there was a sudden leak from upstairs. Oh no, I had to call another technician. The breakfast food was lacking in variety and tasted mediocre 😬
The Wi-Fi was also limited, so I couldn't use it.

The hotel staff is friendly, especially the security. But when I entered the bathroom it was a bit dirty, the water tap was moldy, the mirror at the end was rusty. Maybe it needs to be maintained again because it seems like I'm not the only one who feels that way. But overall it's okay

The staff are very helpful, the room is spacious, everything works well (AC & refrigerator). To go to the sea, just cross from the hotel. There is no difficulty in finding food because there are many restaurants with affordable prices.

The service is very good, but the room facilities (family type), when checked, were lacking in cleanliness, the floor was still sticky, the small refrigerator was not cold, the water hitter was not hot.

1. There was a change of room (Booked 1 bed but was moved to a double bed) with the reason that there was a guest extending (the guest who should have extended should have been moved, not the guest who had already booked who was moved). Because I was too lazy to argue because I was tired from the long journey and it was raining, I took it.
2. Requested an upper room to get a view, but was given a room on the 2nd floor with a bad view.
3. There was no place to dry clothes on the balcony.
4. There were no towels so I had to call (sent quickly), the TV remote was hard to turn on (the technician fixed it quickly).
5. Breakfast was okay (main course was lacking & crackers were no longer crispy).
6. The swimming pool was clean.
7. Staff were okay and friendly.
8. Complete amenities.
What was disappointing was that there was a change of room because of the guest extending, even though the guest should have been moved, not the person who had booked long ago who was moved.

The staff from security, FO, HK to the restaurant were all very friendly.. the best in general,, it wasn't time to check in yet but the room was ready, when I called I was informed that I could enter the room, the breakfast menu was varied and all delicious.. especially the croissants hehe.. the view was also the best, in general I will stay here again if I go to Pangandaran.. thank you Horison
