The entire hotel staff was very friendly, especially Ms. Dwi, who assisted with our check-in and check-out.
The hotel was neat, clean, and fragrant with lemongrass. The rooms were also clean and comfortable, including the bathrooms, and had smart TVs. The kid-friendly pool is integrated with the bar.
The parking staff were very friendly and helpful with directions.
This was our first stay at this hotel, and we were very satisfied.
