Overall ok. Only security in the vehicle parking lot, especially motorcycles, is very lacking. Because the helmet was lost and the security only gave information that the helmet should be brought according to the regulations listed.

Asking for a floor with another family really got a row of neighbors, thx. Unfortunately it's not very soundproof, so at night you can still hear sounds outside the hotel. The service of the hotel staff and security is the best~

The security guard was playing with his cellphone when asked, the water tap was broken and could only be used for showering, most of the breakfast was sold out and not restocked even though it was only 7 o'clock.

I recently spent time staying at Horison Suite & Residences Iswara Bekasi, and it was a truly memorable experience. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff, giving me a positive first impression. The check-in process was quick and efficient, making me feel at ease after a long journey.
The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean, equipped with modern furnishings and adequate facilities. The comfortable bed made me sleep soundly after a long day of activities. I really appreciated the presence of a kitchenette in the suite, which made it easy for me to prepare snacks and drinks.
One of the best experiences during my stay was enjoying breakfast at the hotel restaurant. A variety of menu choices were available, ranging from local to international cuisine, all delicious and fresh. The calm and comfortable atmosphere of the restaurant also added to the comfort when enjoying mealtimes.
Other hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and fitness center, were also no less interesting. I had the chance to try swimming and spend time by the pool, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere created by the surrounding environment. The staff were also very helpful and responsive when I needed information or assistance.
The hotel's strategic location allows easy access to various shopping centers and dining places in Bekasi, so after resting, I was able to explore without any difficulty.
Overall, staying at Horison Suite & Residences Iswara Bekasi was a very satisfying experience. The combination of friendly service, complete facilities, and comfortable rooms make me look forward to coming back again. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an impressive accommodation in Bekasi.
