Stayed here for business purposes, the hotel is in a very strategic location in Batu, overall it's okay, the staff are friendly and helpful, fast response, there is something missing, namely the swimming pool and some areas seem to be under renovation so I didn't have time to swim either.

I've informed the receptionist that the sink is clogged, but the reality remains the same. I've complained twice, but the receptionist always says yes... No apology, no corrective action, or room change... Don't book Horison Batu again... I beg your pardon.

The room is very aesthetic. Unfortunately I got a corner room with no window view but a full building wall next to it. The location is strategic in Batu city. For breakfast, it's okay, maybe the variety and speed of service at the restaurant can be added

The location is quite strategic. There is an Indomaret next door. In front of the hotel there is Pak Lek bakso motor, quite delicious. The cleanliness of the room is lacking. The floor is still dusty. The trash can in the toilet has lots of kun, black. Hahaha the sink is also dirty, the tap is rusty and moldy, the toilet is also crusty. There are even black ants on the floor under the table in the room. I asked for Baygon, but they ignored it. There is a balcony, but gosh. It has never been swept. The breakfast variety is quite good, but it's all bland. Hahaha hopefully everything can be fixed again.

The hotel is aesthetic but cleanliness needs to be improved, I checked in and there were still used baby diapers behind the door. In my opinion, it was a very fatal negligence. However, the staff responded casually. There was no complimentary apology. I was forced to upload it as a lesson to be better in the future.

Staycation because I got a traveloka flash sale. Got a room on the 2nd floor. Tried swimming while watching the paragliding view, overall it was OK, the breakfast menu was also varied and delicious.

The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive. The check-in and check-out process is fast without any hassle. Complete toiletries, comfortable bed, only the room size is a bit narrow but the room facilities are compact. I love the room's ambience. Therefore, I'd love to come back!

The place was comfortable, and i do love the place, ambience, and ofc the facilities. But, i think it will be better if u add smart tv so the guest able to enjoy place more, cause in my room i couldn’t watch any entertain like youtube, so it felt like empty. Thank u!

It's a bit unfortunate when checking in, we had to wait quite a long time, the reason being that the room was double checked, they said
Even though I arrived at 3 o'clock, not the one that was close at 2 o'clock, the staff was a bit unfriendly
Otherwise it was okay, the room was clean, the AC was cold
But it was a bit noisy because there was a repairman who was not sure what to fix
