This is the first time I went to Horison Ultima Bekasi Hotel. The classic themed lobby welcomed me and greeted by receptionist. The room is clean and spacious. The room service was great. I would like to give suggestion that TV channel can be added more channels and sometimes I have trouble when watching TV that suddenly blank but when switching the channels, it worked again. Thank you for letting me stay in this amazing place.

Overall, it was a worth money option to staycation, here are why - swimming pool is nice - breakfast has a lot of menu - strategic location, easy access to Mall Metropolitan and located in the City but for some aspects, it needs to be improved - Room design, The room I stayed has an old design. It feels a little bit creepy especially the bathroom - Bathroom, I think there's a problem with it's plumbing, every time I entered the bathroom, I smell something bad near WC and floor drain - Lobby design really need to rejuvenate I need in a deluxe room with large bed in the old tower

Slow check in time, came at hotel around 12AM and then went register. Come again at 2 PM, but the room ready at 2.30PM. Got a bonus in the bedroom, a broken furniture.

Recommended 4-star hotel in Bekasi, even though it's an old hotel, it's still worth it. The city center is near the toll exit, you can walk to the mall, the swimming pool is okay for children and adults, the dining area tastes good, the rooms are spacious, the equipment is sufficient. Parking for motorbikes in the mall is all together. Note: TV is not yet a smart TV, for those who bring children, please provide your own cellphone (for children's entertainment) + sometimes the internet is lost.

It's the second time staying here. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. First entering the AC was not cold but it was immediately resolved. Breakfast is quite complete, it just feels lacking. Overall it is quite satisfying to stay here.
