I checked in early morning, but the staff are ready and helpful. I was sick during my stay, and the front desk staff willing to send my medication sent to the hotel to my room. Thank you for your care and will stay here again next time.

The experience was truly amazing. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough to move around and pray. I loved that we were given a room with a direct view of the National Monument (Monas). But one thing I must highlight is the friendliness of the staff, from arrival to check-in to check-out. We should appreciate them more. Thank you, Horison Ultima Menteng!

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. Close to Taman Ismail Marzuki and the area where you can find food stalls / cafes / restaurants easily. I booked the room without breakfast. The room is about 24 m2 on the 5th floor. It's clean. The room didn't have a refrigerator before but the hotel fulfilled my request to have one in my room. I had trouble with the wifi at first but the hotel helped me to fix it. Another trouble was with the television and they were unable to fix it yet. The room telephone didn't work at all. The hotel said there's a telephone maintenance in progress. They gave me a Whatsapp number so that I can contact them easily if needed.

The facilities are good. The location is strategic, you can relax by the pool/rooftop while looking at the buildings in Jakarta. However, the executive room where I stayed didn't have a refrigerator.

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. Close to Taman Ismail Marzuki and the area where you can find food stalls / cafes / restaurants easily. I booked the room without breakfast. The room is about 24 m2 on the 5th floor. It's clean. The room didn't have a refrigerator before but the hotel fulfilled my request to have one in my room. I had trouble with the wifi at first but the hotel helped me to fix it. Another trouble was with the television and they were unable to fix it yet. The room telephone didn't work at all. The hotel said there's a telephone maintenance in progress. They gave me a Whatsapp number so that I can contact them easily if needed.

I checked in early morning, but the staff are ready and helpful. I was sick during my stay, and the front desk staff willing to send my medication sent to the hotel to my room. Thank you for your care and will stay here again next time.
