The AC is hot, I've complained, they said it's adapting, but it's still hot until the evening and there's no action from the technician or staff, sleeping all night feels like a sauna

My one-night stay here was quite enjoyable.
The facilities are quite complete, including a very large rooftop pool. My room was quite clean and comfortable with a city view. However, there are a few things that need improvement, such as the trash can in the toilet and the sink faucet.
The food at the hotel is quite varied and quite tasty.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
One of the highlights of my stay was the city view from the rooftop pool.
The price is affordable, even on a long weekend.
The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the city center and several popular tourist attractions.

I'm sorry my experience staying here was not pleasant at all.. the room was poorly maintained, the bathroom facilities were poorly maintained, and please pay more attention to the elevator because it is for the safety of many people 🙏, yesterday I had an unpleasant incident, I wanted to go up to the 30th floor but suddenly the elevator had an error, from the 18th floor it went straight down without stopping, it was very scary.. luckily someone pressed it from outside and God still protected us.. please once again to the hotel management.. pay more attention to the facilities etc.. thank you.. I came in in the afternoon and immediately checked out because I was traumatized by the elevator incident 🙏🙏..

Please pay attention to the elevator. There are 3 elevators but 1 is not in use, it seems like it is being repaired so there are only 2 elevators left. The elevator in the middle with the Sandgate door is slow and sometimes suddenly goes down from the 18th floor to the 16th floor. It goes up again to the 18th floor but suddenly goes down to the 17th floor. This repeats for about 1 minute, making me and my family afraid that the elevator will break down or get stuck. Also, please have the numbers on the elevator light up so that those of us in the elevator know what floor it is on.

strategic location.. security service is very good. receptionist service is okay, room service is okay.. pool is very okay. but need to be considered again for cleanliness. because there are still leftover food scattered on the floor when you first enter the room.
