the room is clean, spacious, the bathroom is very big.. I will come back again to stay. the location is great for me because beside the starbuck and near kfc. I recommend this hotel absolutely

You will get a set of stinky bed, so disgusting. They never changed the bed cover or pillow cover.

Basically this hotel has great facilities, and good interior design, but unfortunately they couldn't clean properly, dusty floor in the bedroom, slippery floor in the shower room, but I still love staying in this hotel, good services, nice staff, good beds, even though I should clean my room by myself sometimes.

First room stayed in was not very good (rm 207), stinky and dirty toilet bau pesing when entered, broken cabinet due to exposure of water, no windows, bed sheets yellowish. Asked for a change room, first was rejected but second asked to a man receptionist, he gave it the next morning. 2nd room was much better (302), window (though dirty fr outside), sink clogged, soap dispenser was also clogged, continuos hot water 😁, bed sheets were much better, floors not thorougly swept particularly corners. Breakfast was quite tasty. Hotel is ideally situated in the city (close to restaurants, chirch, mosque, street vendors, pasar apung). For a relatively small price, I think overall is OK to good, with minor improvements needed. I think a dispenser w hot water would be nice to have. Afterall what 's the mug in the room for when you are not able to drink coffee or tea? No pictures were taken but I think my reviews are quite detail. 😁.

The location is good. Hotel isn't bad, but the toilets not clean and bad smells (in my room). If stay for 1-2 days may this hotel will be recommend hotel ‘ cause near the supermarket, bank, food street, many more.

Very very dirty! No oxygen anywhere, smell of sigarettes in the room. Many noises of drunk people during the night! Terrible.

The hotel is disgustingly filthy. If I were the owner, I would fire the manager of this hotel, There are numerous small insects in the room and bathroom. There is also lots of dust on the floor and water leaking from the sinking bathroom. Breakfast and location are OK.
