Cleanliness has been improved again, everything else is okay, the hotel staff is very helpful.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, cleanliness needs to be improved, especially the beds.

Our last stay experience was being able to check in before 2 o'clock because we arrived around 1 o'clock in a very tired condition and just asked for a ready room. The room was in a basic condition, but we understood because at that time we wanted to get to the room immediately, but in previous experiences the room conditions were quite good.

A 2-star hotel, but well worth it. Close to the city center and the train station. Neat, clean, and friendly service. Breakfast is complete and delicious.

Everything was good. I always stay here and at other 88 hotels because it's cheap and nice. The water heater works very well.

I always stay here when visiting Surabaya because of its affordable prices, proximity to the city center and culinary scene, friendly service, and easy check-in and check-out. Plus, the breakfast is delicious; ordering it is a must if you stay here.

To be honest, I booked this hotel because it was very close to my destination. The location was quite strategic, and for the price of around 300 rupiah with breakfast, I thought it was okay. However, I've never given a hotel a 1-star rating before. But this was quite a turn-off, and I've never encountered this in any other hotel. 1. I arrived at the hotel at 1:45 PM and wanted to check in. Because there were already a lot of people waiting at the front desk, it turned out my turn wasn't available until 2:00 PM, but the person in front of me was. But that was okay, since hotel check-in is usually at 2:00 PM, so I waited. When I checked in at 2:00 PM, I still had to wait. The hotel was busy, and there was only one receptionist, and she seemed overwhelmed by the situation. 2. When I finally checked in, I entered the room, which hadn't been cleaned at all by the previous guest. You can check the condition yourself in the attached photo. 3. This morning, I woke up to someone repairing my back room. It was so loud that my walls shook, and it lasted for quite a while, over 30 minutes. 4. Parking is limited, so we had help from valet parking. But again, there was only one attendant, so he was overwhelmed. It was a shame. Other than that, it's okay. Hopefully, this will be a consideration for future improvements. ☺️

Really budget friendly hotel for business trip. Deluxe King room offers big space and bed, all works like hot water, ac, lights, electric kettle, etc. Only TV don't have much channels but it's okay though because I rarely watch it anyway. Bed was comfy, food was okay, and staffs were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is near to Plaza Surabaya and Tunjungan.

My favorite hotel every time I go to SBY because it's comfortable and the food is delicious.
