The hotel staff was very friendly, but yesterday the Wi-Fi didn't work at all.
The cars were also parked very close together, making it a bit difficult to get in and out with large suitcases.

The sheets were dirty and stained. The door to the room was a mess, and the AC leaked badly, causing water to pool, and the room wasn't soundproof. I'll never stay here again. FUCK YOU!!

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel, especially with the breakfast menu. It was delicious and had a fairly wide variety. The room was too plain, lacking any decorations that would enhance the comfort, such as paintings or a play of colors. It also looked like it had just been renovated, but overall, I would visit again for a staycation.

The room was nice, clean, and fragrant. The only downside was that the room wasn't soundproof. So, sounds from the next room, footsteps, and the elevator (which happened to be near the elevator) were still very audible. I booked a room with breakfast because I was in a rush to get to the office before 7, but the restaurant only opens at 7. I asked the receptionist if it could be packed, and they did, and it was delivered to my room. The food was delicious too. Thank you, that's all.

Sorry for my experience, I should have checked in on June 30th but checked in on July 1st because I just arrived in Indonesia on that date. So I asked the receptionist yesterday if it was okay because I didn't check in and it was changed for more than 1 day, they said no because it was busy with a group and I saw that they also didn't offer any solution and there was no initiative, I paid quite a lot for 3 days in an executive, btw I also work in hospitality, in my opinion they should have been more accommodating or at least gave me suggestions and solutions, because I was tired and just arrived from a long 19 hour flight, so that's it. The room sheets seemed dirty, the color was already brown. The room also smelled like there was a lot of dust that was rarely cleaned. The food in the restaurant was delicious, there were many choices that I liked
