Now they are getting better. Good job. Plss try to upgrade the furniture in the room. Everything getting drop. Off and tear.

The staff was helpful when I asked to switch our room. They also very friendly.-Our 1st room: dirty carpet, broken phone, and the curtain didn't hang properly. Our 2nd room: dirty carpet (but I got help from the housekeeper to vacuumed it again), torn blanket, and I felt itchy when I was on the bed. The AC & water was OK. Thankfully. They didn't serve face towel & hand soap. There were a lot of flies at the lobby & restaurant. For dinner, we got Goat Fried Rice (it was delicious) and Tjokro Fried Chicken (the fried tempeh & tofu were oily). For breakfast, it was so-so. Not very appealing. Don't get fooled by the Sesame Balls. It was cheese on the inside. The juice also felt like it wasn't from fresh fruit, but from the box. The hotel is located right beside Superindo, in case you need something to buy. Hopefully they can upgrade the cleanliness and the food.

The hotel interiors are nicely decorated in neo industrial theme. Location wise, the area isn't tourist friendly and neighborhood is slightly unpleasant. There is a serious hygiene and cleanliness issue in this hotel. The room was dusty and bed sheets were stained. Rust and molds were clearly visible in the bathroom. Asked for a room change which receptionist hesitantly accepted. Found condition of newer room to be similar with previous one.

I came early before 12pm, greeted by the FO girl (I wonder she is part of the FO team or not) with no smile and seems she having a bad morning. But, after I leave, she are have fun joking ang laughing with her friends there. I think she just doesn’t like when I’m interrupt in the middle of their fun story. Because it’s not check in time, I went to explore the city. I came back to the hotel around 9ish I entered my room and I found something horrible 😭😭😭 The room is smell not fresh, there are a lot of stains in the bedsheet and the room was so horrible. There is a leaking on the wastafel ceiling with the black stain. I asked to change the bedsheet, bedcover, and pillow cover but still, the new one is a lot of stains. Don’t ask how is the condition of the pillow, I slept 2 days without one! Its like old pillow. Check put time was great, and the FO team so nice and a lot of smile. I was in love with this hotel. Always staying here when I visit Jakarta and always recommend this hotel to all my colleagues and friends. But now? I think I will re-consider it. So sad that I can rely on this hotel again if I come to Jakarta.

Best at its price range! It is not perfect, but it ticks the most important part of a budget hotel. Clean and quite comfy bed

The room was okay but could do much better considering this is Aston Group. The water heater is off, the room giving old hotel style, we only got 2 towels (didn't get the small towels for hair), the utensils are dirty. Kind of dissatisfied with the hotel.

My door doesn't have door guard, too tired to dealing it with the receptionist since their phone is dead. I will not come back.
