Quick response (helpful staff), food good (as usual), cleanliness good, swimming pool good too (warm water). Overall OK. Many activities you can do here (connect door to mall).

The room not cool enough, the AC not work properly, get a lot of heat in the morning because off Sun direct to window, have a bit small cockroach in toilet, breakfast just okay, staff still nice and good services.

Good hotel in grogol. Enjoy and relax.

We booked business but got given the lowest room standard half the size. Eventually, on the second day, we got moved to business. Nothing like the pictures! We booked so we could cook and the room looked nice. Kitchen now empty, no cooker or anything. No decoration, nitmlooks like an abandoned room. I definitely don't recommend it. The kids ' pool was also very dirty. We were planning to extend our stay, but instead, we will move to another place.

I am repeater guest. Stay in 316, at 10.00 HK knocked my door but I do not hear it. She came in using her mastercard and see me and my wife in not good condition. I am angry to front office and they say sorry but it is not enough. So dissaapointed.

Good clean cheap central place.

- Dirty bed sheet.- all the room phones on the 5th floor are not functioning, maybe on the other floors also.- we paid the room idr304 k via the app already but we also must put deposit IDR250K.- damaged sprayer in the bathroom.- no drinking water as a compliment so we have to go out of the room to buy.
