Air conditioner not working well. The room is hot.

Towels are late to be provided because the hotel got some issue with the laundry and there are no toiletries in the bathroom but it's good enough if you're here just to get some sleep.

Cockroaches on the floor, can't close the blinds on the window, and super thin walls. You can hear people walking by and talking. Plus point the staffs are really friendly and willing to help. This hotel is still bearable if youre just staying for transit for you flight.

Good experience to stay and experience the lounge also.

The service took forever to wait, I think they are understaff or something. The concierge never helps politely. My deposit was taken without receipt before I cashed out. They don't take responsibility for any bad experience there. Definitely not recommended if you are not in rush or something.
