Overall it was a great stay with great location which easy to find foods nearby.

Front Desk, (Reception) are Friendly and Helpful. Our room near the main road very noisy. Breakfast the foods not many variety. Bathroom needs more attention like a soap bar, shower cap, hand towels, tissues. Shower wall needs to clean often to prevent from getting the growing mould. And there are bedbugs shed skin on the mattress if the housekeeping pay extra attention during cleaning he or she will notice. Overall we are happy with the service. Some improvement needs it.

The accommodation location is good, but they really need to upgrade there services, room was completely empty of the appliances needed in the kitchen apartment, and worse, there was not even trash basket in the room. I think yall could do better and hope yall do better.

All of staff was friendly and accomodating. I really recommed this hotel for everyone.

Room dirty, mirror dirty, Aircon very weak, no hot water.

Penginapan yg nyaman, bersih, tenang.

Overall it's a good room stay, altough the bed sheet a lil bit dirty. But it's okay

Sebenernya dengan harga segitu dan red doorz worth it, cuma kebersihan lantai kamarnya kurang. Jadi kalau jalan dikamar lama2 kaki hitam, terutama yg disudut2 masih kotor. Selimut mungkin next nya ganti dengan yg agak tebal ya, karena saya dapat selimut yang tipis.
