Old a hotel but well maintained, and the room was old but clean. You can still feel some of their excellent feature, especially the soundproof room. They have smoking floors, but they put some air purifiers in places so that it doesn't smell like smoke. The swimming pool was great for a small kid, easy access to the mall, breakfast buffets were great with a lot of options but slow to refill. The staff were great and helpful, and they diligently remind guests to wear masks and maintain health protocol which was really great. Overall a pleasant stay will be happy to come back.

Hotel Ciputra is always on top of our mind when we visit Jakarta; Shopping Mall literally next door is just a plus. Instead, the hospitality and the quick service of their staff that makes us feel at home is our main reason for it. The breakfast served also great! We can see that they working really hard to ensure the guests can dine-in adhered with safe distancing measures. We never regrets staying here, my kid also to become a fan of Hotel Ciputra.

Come on ciputra. I'm staying your hotel. Almost 20 days a month. Why your room facilities getting worst. I'm staying 1036 1039 1004. Those all not working the minibar. (whats the point you having all that facilities if is not working. You all seems dun care about that. All you care is room with breakfeast. That 's all you care.
