I've stayed here many times and I'm always satisfied with the service. Check-in and checkout are very fast, the staff are friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the food in the restaurant is all delicious, but in my opinion the menu is not very varied. Another drawback is that the rooms are not soundproof and the TV doesn't have a smart TV yet.

The staff is friendly. When I was late checking out, the room couldn't be opened. With a smile, the staff opened it and said, "Don't rush, it's okay, I'll make sure nothing is left behind." The staff is friendly. The room is clean, with a bonus city view. It's great.
