Even though the hotel was pretty old, the services was great, all the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast was the very great. Definitely stay here again if I have a chance to go back to Jakarta.

I'll come back because it's been my umpteenth time staying here. I'm glad I was able to choose a floor near the pool. It's a shame the bathroom smells like the toilet, maybe it's the circulation. I hope it gets fixed.

Friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were quick. There's plenty of transportation nearby. Easy access to other dining options outside the hotel or nearby. If I go back to Jakarta, I'd definitely stay at Alia Matraman again.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, the swimming pool is also clean, the food is delicious, it's not far from the city center, and the price is affordable. Overall, it's highly recommended for a staycation with kids.

Strategically located on the roadside across from the Ciplaz Hotel, it also has plenty of food vendors. It's also quite close to the TJ bus stop. The hotel smells clean, and the bed and room are quite spacious. The swimming pool is clean. I stayed here because I was participating in the Merdeka Run event, so I had to be at Monas early in the morning. For a short trip, this hotel is quite adequate.

I was disappointed because the hotel did not provide a rescheduling or refund policy. I stayed on August 30th, when the situation was completely unsafe because the hotel was right next to the police station which was the target of mass demonstrations and after there was an arson at the location. I contacted the hotel on August 30th, and they said it was Traveloka's policy. Then I asked Traveloka, and it actually depended on the hotel's policy. And information from the receptionist on August 31st stated that the hotel manager did not provide such a policy, even though the reason was force majeure.

A perfect hotel for a family vacation. The pool is clean and it's close to the mall. We recommend paying more attention to room cleanliness, as we found a cockroach in the corner of the room.
