The service was excellent, the car was washed, the room was clean and fragrant. I even got a room with a leaking shower and immediately chatted with their WhatsApp number, and the staff came to fix it in no time. Highly recommended.

The hotel is comfortable.. clean.. service from the hotel staff to the security is good.. The restaurant menu helps if you are lazy to leave the hotel.. Free snacks every day.. It's just that access is quite difficult. The location is full of lodgings, so there are lots of vehicles, which sometimes get stuck.. The wifi during my 2-night stay was slow.

Friendly staff, comfortable, spacious room. Delicious food, got souvenirs too. But if possible... upgrade to a standard room. The fan isn't cool, it's stuffy. The TV doesn't work with YouTube, and Wi-Fi doesn't reach the second floor. Otherwise, it's top-notch comfort.

My vacation was canceled due to prolonged heavy rain. I was already in Ciputat, but it started pouring down. So I had to return to Bintaro.

Staying here is the best. The rooms are large and affordable. You get 1 double bed and 1 single bed. You get a free tempe mendoan snack. When you check out, you get a free souvenir. If you go to Puncak, you'll definitely stay here again. 🫶🏻🫶🏻
Oh, and one more thing: they offer a free car wash at night. It's the best. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

10 stars for this hotel, even though the access is a bit inside but it is very easy to find. The bedroom & bathroom are spacious and clean, there are no female staff but the service is extraordinary, got a free welcome drink and a choice of rujak cireng/mendoan tempe, even a free motorbike wash and our name keychain hikzzzz😭🫶 thank you, next time I go to Puncak I will definitely staycation here again🫰

The Amarsya Tropical 02 room is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Complete amenities, friendly service, perfect for a staycation or short getaway.
The chicken spring rolls are delicious, crispy and savory. Unfortunately, they're not yet available. Hopefully, they'll be added to the Amarsya Cafe Resto menu in the future so we can order them directly. 😊
