Last Saturday I came here without expecting it to be so comfortable. The staff was super friendly, the room and bathroom smelled great. Anyway, I wasn't disappointed here, there were lots of freebies too, love it. Only the standard type with a fan wasn't cool enough, overall it's not bad.

I've never been dissatisfied when I stop by here. The staff is nice, the room smells really good and is clean, and I also got 2 free food vouchers. Even on the way home, my motorbike was clean because it was steamed. Waiting for the discount voucher, okay 🫶🏻

Hopefully Amarsya will soon build a swimming pool and playground for children, so that the children will be happier, so it's not just the parents who are happy staying here, but the children will also be happy (including my child) and hopefully the type of room with a carpeted floor (VIRGO), don't become extinct, because many hotels that initially used carpets, gradually became extinct, because Amarsya's floor uses carpet, this is one of the reasons I feel at home staying back and forth at HOTEL AMARSYA / HOTEL HIJAU since 2022, and always request the virgo 301 room, or Standard Romantic, because both have carpets, it's nice to lie down and sit on the floor, eat and pray comfortably☺️

Overall, this room was well-priced and quite comfortable. However, the mattress was in need of a refurbishment; the wood creaked every time I moved, and the pillows were a bit thin/flabby, making for poor sleep quality.
Overall, however, it was still a pleasant stay. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. It's worth a stay, especially for a short stay or a short trip. Hopefully, the bed quality will be further improved in the future.

For my first time staying here, it was really comfortable. The bed was clean, the bathroom smelled clean, and the place was comfortable. They also provided free snacks and a motorbike wash, plus we got a keychain in our name. 😍 As per other comments, I hope the service continues to be excellent.

first time staying at amarsya hotel, the staff are friendly, the security is friendly, the room is cold because the AC panel even if the AC is not used the room is already cold, got free snacks, the vehicle was also clean and washed when I got home, there were towels, soap and other complete toiletries, only got a room with poor wifi signal, and the water heater was sometimes hot and sometimes cold, but for the price of 300 you got good facilities, you must stay here again if you go to Puncak

I've stayed here twice. Very comfortable and friendly, plus the bonus of a clean vehicle.
I happened to get a room in the building next door, but it wasn't soundproof at all. So when guests arrived, you could hear their conversations.
But everything was fine and clean. Thank you.

Yesterday, on the 19th, I checked in around 12 noon and was immediately greeted warmly. The room was clean, comfortable, and easy to find food, and it's close to Taman Safari.
SUGGESTION: The TV should be digital or smart for better viewing.
