The staff are all quick, the rujak and pancong cakes are delicious, the bathroom is clean, the water heater is on, the bed sheets are fragrant. Just a little bit of going into the alley but still safe, next time I will come here again.

I swear, this inn is so crazy.
It's definitely recommended.
As soon as we arrived, we were immediately given mendoan snacks. We chose either mendoan or cireng.
In the morning, we exchanged pancong vouchers.
The staff and security were friendly.
Our vehicles were already sparkling clean by the time we checked out in the morning, and they were washed that night.
This is truly crazy.

The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, there were free snacks (cireng rujak and pancong were especially delicious on Sundays), and there were free key chains with our names on them. The other food was also delicious, including the Korean drama chicken and fried rice, which were generous portions.
The room was clean and fragrant. When we got home, our vehicle was clean thanks to a free car wash.
The best, really, for the price, but with so many benefits.
I'll definitely be back next time.

all the hotel staff are very friendly and helped me a lot when checking in until checking out.
the food is also delicious and the service is not long. The hotel area looks neat and clean, the visitors' motorbikes are washed clean and closed tightly from night until we check out. I also got a name key chain. ahhh basically you will not regret staying at the Amarsya hotel, the price is affordable but you get great service at this hotel👍👍

Stayed here because there was a family event the next day.
In the morning when I was about to check out, I was surprised that the motorbike had been washed clean.
The free vehicle washing facility is cool.
A small thing but impressive.

Take a standard room. The hotel is comfortable, clean and fragrant. The staff are friendly, the hot/cold water shower is also turned on properly, the towels are new, the bed sheets are also fragrant, it doesn't make your skin itchy so you can sleep comfortably. In my opinion, the mattress is not soft enough haha and there is no AC but it's already cold, especially at night, it's really cold, there is a fan but in my opinion it's not used too much, for the TV, I hope it will be replaced with an Android TV hehe so there are no ants 😅 the network problem is that the Indost signal is difficult, but even though they provide wifi, it's still difficult to access 🥲 When checking in, they were given free food to choose from, I chose tempe mendoan and it tasted good. On Sunday morning, they were given free pancong cheese, it was also delicious. Before checking out, the vehicle was washed clean at night, it was great. My husband said he would come here again because it was so comfortable haha. Access to the outside to buy food is also close to the area. Success for Amarsya hotel ☺️

Honestly, I really like staying here! The price is pocket-friendly, but the service is extraordinary. When you come, you are greeted, the staff is friendly and smiling, and very helpful. The room is spacious, clean, tidy, with lots of cabinets to store your stuff. For the room facilities themselves, there are fans, night lights, several cabinets, hangers, a hot water kettle, there are also complementary items, honestly I'm very satisfied. The bathroom is also clean, fully stocked with basic necessities, the towels are given a scent, clean and warm, the hot water works well. There are also free snacks that are delicious and plentiful. The security guards are also very friendly, the most important thing is that the motorbike/car is washed at night until it is clean, the motorbike is also covered with a raincoat and the neatness and cleanliness are really maintained. There is a restaurant at a standard price in the hotel, but if it's too expensive, there are many menu choices around the hotel at a cheaper price, the location is in the middle of the Puncak route and is very strategic. Really nice place with cheap price, very clean, no AC but there is a fan so the atmosphere is not hot, plus the night is cool. Amazingly our vehicle was washed, so the next morning we were ready to go it was clean. Awesome.

The staff is very friendly, the motorbike was washed, given a welcome snack, given pancong cake in the morning, the food at the restaurant is delicious and easy on the pocket, the room is clean, really good. After checking out, given a name tag. Anyway, no loss and no regrets, next time you have to stay here again if you go to Puncak. Maintain the quality.
