Benteng Hotel in Pekanbaru is a pleasure to go anywhere because it is close to SKA Mall etc.. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast food is delicious according to the Indonesian tongue which likes spicy food.. All the staff are busy if there is a complaint they immediately come to help 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I checked in late at this hotel (checked in on October 8, 2025, around 1:00 AM), after arriving at the room I immediately took a shower & rested (slept), around 4:45 AM someone knocked on my door (normal knock), after I opened the door a little there was 1 person who said he wanted to deliver something, and asked to come in so it would be more comfortable. After I opened the door, it turned out that 2 people came in and inside the room they intimidated me to pay for the services of the woman I had ordered. Even though I didn't make any order, because as soon as I arrived in the room I immediately took a shower & slept. At the time when one of them was intimidating me, one of them took my wallet (which I put on the table next to the bed). At first they were going to take all my money, but after I asked to leave 1 note, they finally left 1 50,000 note in my wallet and I took my wallet from their hands. After getting the money, they both immediately left the room wearing helmets. I reported this incident to the hotel this morning upon check-out. Why didn't I report it immediately? For security reasons and because I had work to complete in the morning. I also informed the hotel that I would share this in my review on the app.
