This was the second time my family and I stayed at Hotel Benua. However, this time we didn't get a family room (because there was only one), so we tried two separate rooms, one for 3 and one for 2. The rooms were nice and spacious for the price, but the 2-person room lacked a mini fridge and water heater (hopefully, they will be equipped with the same features as the other rooms in the future).
We were a little disappointed with the conditions on Saturday night, as there was a set on the 7th floor, which caused a loud banging sound from the room above. On Sunday, there was a live music event on the 7th floor, which disturbed our rest. Next time you stay on the weekend, you should note that you shouldn't book a room on the 6th floor.
Overall, it's nice and still a good alternative for a family-friendly hotel with a friendly location, facilities, and of course, a reasonable price.
Always enjoy Hotel Benua, and I hope this constructive feedback can be realized soon.

an impressive experience, initially got a room on the 4th floor but the AC wasn't cold, there were cockroaches in the toilet and asked the receptionist to change rooms, thank God I got one on the ground floor which was comfortable

Very satisfied. The room is spacious, the TV is clear. The toilet smells a bit bad. There are a few cockroaches. The staff are all friendly. If I go on holiday to Bandung, I'll probably stay here again.

for the Benua hotel there are still elements of the old days. After staying there, there was nothing scary. It was a bit dark when I entered the hotel. I got room 207 in the corner but it was safe and the signal was also safe. The facilities are complete and clean too. Overall okay.

It used to be a good clean room, but now it's getting worse and worse, people are giving out secondhand rooms. When you enter the room, it's still messy as if it was just left by the previous guest, there's no drinking water, towels, and the mattress is still messy, is this what you call a hotel? The water in the bathroom is also small, it's hard to even take a shower, please improve your service.
