Was a pleasant stay. Would like to commend Mr.Keanu the receptionist who showed superb level of service despite the late hours when arrived closed to midnight. Breakfast is ok, a number of varieties. Rooms and Beds are comfy. Oh they provide a long couch in the room that can be used to sleep if you're with family.

The hotel is comfortable, the service is good, the food is delicious, the facilities are also great
But when I wanted to check in, the room was not immediately ready. Had to wait ±15 minutes. Even though check-in was around 6 pm. I was tired from the trip and hoped that when I arrived at the hotel I would immediately go to my room and rest but instead I was asked to wait because the room was not ready
One more thing, the TV is still old-fashioned, not a smart TV that can access video streaming services. So it feels incomplete, especially now that many hotels with lower classes and prices already provide smart TVs

Stopped by to stay here because I had some business at Cibubur Junction..
It was very pleasant because the hotel was very clean and in the same building as the mall..
The staff were friendly and pleasant
The food was varied and delicious
If you go to Cibubur, you will definitely stay here

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is nice, tidy, there is a children's room for playing ball and coloring and a big screen to enjoy cartoons. The hotel is directly connected to the Ciputra mall with just one tap on the side door of the mall. Overall we like it 💯

The hotel is nice, clean and directly connected to Ciputra Cibubur Mall, the staff are friendly, when I leaned on the bench in the swimming pool area, the staff suddenly gave me a pillow to lean on, that's how sensitive it is. The room is quite big, good for bringing family.
