the room is clean, direct access to mall from the lobby. service was good, parking was abysmal. This hotel is smokers paradise because they divide the breakfast area smoking and non smoking. all & all, I do not regret choosing this hotel and had a great stay!

My family feel happy to stay at Hotel Ciputra Semarang. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was also good. The most important thing is their location, in the central of Semarang and connected directly with the mall.

Connected to mall ciputra, door separated, open with hotel room card when night time. Just walk by to simpang lima field. A lot of activities in the field, illuminating tricycle (becak), and also street food. At weekend mostly crowded. Remember request non smoking room if you not smoking when booking this hotel.

Old hotel but well-treated. All staff especially the receptionist named Irsyad are very fast, communicative, responsive. Parking if made valet system faster will help. Food is ok with variety, there are additional specialties, fast, friendly, clean.

Booked 3 non-smoking rooms because I brought a baby, but it turned out that I was given all smoking rooms, and I got dizzy from the pungent smell of cigarettes. The breakfast menu was also not very tasty, the green bean porridge & black sticky rice with coconut milk was very very runny, the fried food was salty, and the galangal rice had no taste.

Everything went smoothly. Quite comfortable. The hotel is located in the city center. There is direct road access to Ciputra Mall. The swimming pool is not very large.

Value for money: The hotel is located in the city center of Semarang, so there is plenty of choice to try Semarang street food around the hotel. The price is very affordable, and the room cleanliness is well-maintained. The hotel is also connected to Ciputra Mall, if you need anything from the grocery stores, just 1 minute away.

Stayed here for 3 days, the hotel facilities are very complete according to five stars. The cleanliness of the hotel is okay, the staff service is super friendly and the response to customers is fast. It's worth it, the hotel is very strategic in the Simpang Lima Semarang area, those who want to find traditional food just walk around, those who want to find modern food go down to the lobby directly to the mall, basically it's not difficult to find food. Stayed at Ciputra Hotel Simpang Lima Semarang for 1 night, easy and friendly check in process, did not wait long we got an upgrade room with a view of Simpang Lima. Comfortable, clean and well-maintained room atmosphere. A pleasant experience when having breakfast, friendly staff are very helpful, the menu is varied and delicious.
